Opportunity

Lead complex software implementations and drive delivery in operational environments where structure, alignment and execution determine success.

As Project Manager at ILIAS Solutions, you take full ownership of implementation projects across allied Air Forces and, where relevant, naval environments. You act as the single point of contact and ensure that the solution delivered matches both operational needs and customer expectations.

You work on client premises, directly with military stakeholders, and ensure that systems, processes and teams align throughout the full project lifecycle.

Your Mission

You are responsible for the successful delivery of implementation projects. You understand how solutions fit within strategy and guide organizations through change with structure and clarity.

• Act as single point of contact for customer projects
• Deliver projects within scope, time and budget
• Define milestones, activities, resources and responsibilities
• Align internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Ensure solution delivery matches expectations and requirements
• Lead change processes and assess readiness at client sites
• Maintain continuity and monitor impact throughout implementation
• Work on site with customers during project execution

What You Bring

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or senior consulting
• Proven track record delivering complex projects within time, scope and budget
• Strong experience in change management and stakeholder alignment
• Experience working in client facing and on site environments
• Familiarity with structured methodologies such as Earned Value Management or Kotter
• Affinity with logistics, aviation or defence environments
• Willingness to travel globally and work on site
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
