Project Manager (Data Project) at Data Wow

Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Determine and assess the need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, software engineers, data scientists, developers, and business development team.
Learn about new technologies.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a project management role (work experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus)
Know how to use Project Management tools like JIRA
Strong analytical and critical thinking and real good at planning and estimation.
Proactive in solving problems in various situations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
You loved to communicate via Slack or email.
Good at English both oral and written is a must.
Experience in AI/ML or data driven projects/products is a big plus
