We are searching for a skilled Project Manager - Data & AI to join our talented global team. As an Project Manager - Data & AI you will collaborate closely with our US team and will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives within Allucent’s Data and Development portfolio.
The Project Manager will work closely with IT, Data & Analytics, and Business stakeholders to manage project life-cycles, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills with experience managing technology and data-focused projects.
In this role your key tasks will include:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects supporting the Data & Analytics, AI platform initiatives, and internal application development.
- Manage the full project life cycle from initiation through post-implementation review, ensuring adherence to established governance and quality standards.
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans in partnership with business and technical leads.
- Coordinate activities across global teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, data engineering, and software development.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and accountability
- Support vendor management activities and oversee the transition of vendor-supported systems to internal ownership.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with GxP, data privacy, and IT security requirements.
- Promote effective communication across diverse teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
- Review, improve and evaluate IT processes and procedures within the Quality Management System.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience managing IT or software development projects, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or data-centric environments.
- Available for afternoon shifts (2:00-11:00 PM)
- Proven success delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with data integration, analytics, or AI/ML projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
- Understands project dependencies and effectively coordinates between technical and business teams.
- Applies structured project management practices while remaining adaptable.
- Promotes a culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality.
