We are searching for a skilled Project Manager - Data & AI to join our talented team. As an Project Manager - Data & AI you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives within Allucent’s Data and Development portfolio.

The Project Manager will work closely with IT, Data & Analytics, and Business stakeholders to manage project lifecycles, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills with experience managing technology and data-focused projects.
Requirements
Lead the planning and execution of projects supporting the Data & Analytics, AI platform initiatives, and internal application development.
Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans in partnership with business and technical leads.
Coordinate activities across global teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, data engineering, and software development.
Identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and accountability
5–8 years of experience managing IT or software development projects, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or data-centric environments.
Proven success delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with data integration, analytics, or AI/ML projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.
