We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Our Media Rights & Live Production (MRLP) business helps rights holders navigate today’s fast-changing media landscape. We provide data-driven insights, package rights for market, and unlock new revenue streams. Through our Staylive platform, we power hundreds of streaming services, and our live production department offers remote solutions and content curation that help rights holders reach new audiences.

Project Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in bringing thrilling live sports events to audiences across the DACH region? As the Project Manager DACH at Two Circles, you'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating and leading live productions that keep fans on the edge of their seats.

Your role goes beyond just managing productions, you'll also be a key player in shaping our commercial success. From planning budgets to enhancing our service offering, you'll ensure that we not only meet but exceed expectations, delivering top-notch experiences to our clients and their audiences around the world.

Your Game Plan:

• Craft Winning Strategies: Develop production plans for leagues and event series that set us apart in the market.
• Be the Communication Star: Handle all direct communication with customers and suppliers, representing Spring Media with flair.
• Lead with Impact: Participate in matchweek preparations, lead meetings, and coordinate site visits, ensuring every detail is flawless.
• Build Winning Partnerships: Network with top sports clubs like the German Football Bundesliga, Swiss Football First League, and Austrian Basketball Federation, turning connections into commercial opportunities.
• Drive Revenue: Liaise with rights holders, broadcasters, and production partners to maximize our commercial potential.
• Innovate for Success: Collaborate with your team to develop fresh, creative approaches to live sports production that wow audiences and boost our bottom line.
• Manage Onsite Teams: Supervise and organize a dynamic team of freelancers, ensuring we deliver excellence every time.

Location:

Preferably based in Munich, Germany, but we're open to all European-based applications. Regular travel to the DACH region and our HQ in Stockholm is part of the package.
