Torq is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with 500% growth in customers and 300% revenue growth since 2023. Torq is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Customer Organization. This role will report into the Customer Org PMO group and is based on the EAST COAST, U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of Torq services to achieve strategic goals and milestones internally and externally.
• Collaborate with our PS, CSE, and CSM teams to monitor and address customer requirements, requests, and deliverables.
• Define project goals, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational strategy.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.
• Standardize project documentation in collaboration with other teams, evolving processes as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the confidence and ability to create, structure, and present messages to senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities; tactful and effective in various situations.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or PSA tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
• Experience managing PS/CS SOAR projects.
