Ten Gun is seeking a Project Manager who leads large-scale and net-new initiatives across assigned accounts and programs. Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, they ensure seamless communication, alignment, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving production-based work—including print and digital campaigns, brand identity development, and concepting—while maintaining exceptional client service and project execution standards. 


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships, advocating for needs, and communicating blockers and required actions.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tickets, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and escalate risks or issues, and collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve them.
  • Lead meetings with clients and internal teams, set agendas, facilitate discussions, and track action items to drive decisions.
  • Review and address client feedback, providing clear guidance to teams for implementation.
  • Develop, document, and enforce processes for new and ongoing projects, improving efficiency, quality, and team adoption.
  • Create project estimates, SOWs, and change requests, ensuring scope, assumptions, and terms are well-defined in partnership with leadership.
  • Manage project financials, including resourcing, hours, POs, billing milestones, and invoice review/approval.
  • Mentor and train project and content managers to maintain consistent practices and delivery quality.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in retail and/or game marketing or a project management role managing retail or game related projects in a brand, agency, or vendor environment.
  • Capable of developing strong solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to function independently and tackle ambiguity.
  • Strong ability to lead conversations with clients and present points of view to effectively manage expectations, scope, and timelines.
  • Proven ability to manage projects.
  • Proven ability to accurately gather requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attitude that positively influences those around you.
