The Role:

We are seeking a highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused Project Manager with strong Content Management capabilities to support and coordinate the marketing function.

This role is responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross-department coordination. In parallel, the role requires hands-on content ownership, including writing, editing, publishing, and reporting.

The ideal candidate combines operational rigour with editorial precision and has a strong understanding of how trading platforms and digital products function, enabling accurate and strategically aligned communication.

Your Day-to-Day:

Marketing Project & Campaign Management

• Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and execution discipline

• Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities for the Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities platforms.

• Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, design, and technology teams

• Ensure all campaign assets are scoped, briefed, produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed deadlines

• Monitor execution risks and proactively remove bottlenecks

• Maintain structured workflows and documentation standards

• Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries

• Act as a coordination point between internal (Marketing and Product, Tokens, Compliance, Legal, and Operations) and external teams

• Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects platform functionality, trading mechanics, and regulatory positioning

Content Strategy & Execution

• Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, platform announcements, educational materials, newsletters, and website copy for the Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities platforms

• Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, strategically positioned, and aligned with brand standards

• Edit and proofread with exceptional attention to detail

• Manage content publishing across CMS and distribution channels

• Maintain structured content planning aligned with product and market priorities

• Optimise content for clarity, SEO relevance, and professional investor audiences where applicable

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments

• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset markets

• Excellent written and editorial skills in English

• Exceptional organisational discipline and deadline management

• High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset

• Experience with CMS platforms and marketing reporting frameworks

• Ability to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environments
