Role Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and regulatory reform projects, ensuring they align with industry standards and internal policies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with financial teams, cross-functional departments, and external stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned.
• Establish robust project governance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
• Inspire and manage project teams, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive forward-looking solutions to adapt to changing regulations and implement meaningful reforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in professional services, with exposure to compliance or regulatory reform projects being a strong advantage
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks, adapt to regulatory changes, and solve complex problems under pressure.
• Client-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in professional or client-facing environments.
