Lead projects from discovery through design, development, and implementation, ensuring a seamless client and team experience;

Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to define needs, explore ideas, and shape innovative concepts;

Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and other specialists to deliver high-quality, holistic solutions;

Oversee project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources;

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and ensure strong client satisfaction.

Requirements:

2+ years’ proven experience managing projects in creative and digital product delivery;

A track record of leading projects through all stages — from analysis and ideation to final delivery;

Ability to balance creative ambition with structured delivery;

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills;

Fluency in English language;

Fluency in Lithuanian language;

German proficiency is a strong plus.
