Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure
Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, design and supervision of construction and environmental projects. Must possess a combination of education and leadership.

Provide scoping, scheduling, outreach and overall project supervision for the restoration of pedestrian walkways and roadways in residential corridors.

Provide quality assurance/quality control, utility coordination and inspection support through all project phases.

Provide overall management of construction phases and close-out completion.

Generate and manage asset management database(s).

Manage project budget and implement cost controls.

Manage subcontractors.

Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.

Manage material dispatching.

Provide payroll and timekeeping support.
Education:
B.S. Construction Engineering or similar
Skills:

Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator.

Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together.

Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation.

Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed.
