The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring seamless delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You should demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
You will work closely with the research team, leading project management activities across both client projects and internal initiatives. This includes timeline development, project monitoring, risk and issue management, budgeting, and resource planning. You will ensure that research projects are properly set up to enable the collection of high-quality insights. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is a key part of this role. You will communicate proactively, escalating risks or issues to the Operations Manager as needed.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Prepare project budgets and track costs in line with scope and resource requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines and work plans.
- Ensure research projects are set up correctly to support high-quality and reliable data collection.
- Configure and launch projects on the appropriate research platforms as needed, ensuring accuracy and full readiness for data collection.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and any required adjustments.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively.
- Follow internal processes, procedures, and accountability frameworks.
- Develop and nurture trusted collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors and internal teams.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a market research organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English (min. C1 level; all communication with suppliers, clients and within the company is in English). Fluency in a second language is desirable, but not essential.
- Good technical skills with a keen interest in using online platforms.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A recognised project management certification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using project management tools and other systems to manage and deliver projects.
