Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across trading marine, or technology domains.
Define scope, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring milestones are met within budget and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with traders, operation managers, and IT teams to ensure business alignment.
Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
Manage third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet contractual and functional expectations.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of project management experience, ideally within commodities, energy, or financial trading sectors.
Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, operations, and product delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English and French preferred).
PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
