Project Manager (BAU)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies, data engineering, and analytics programs to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive agile transformations, optimize delivery processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and successfully deliver large-scale data and technology projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and change control processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

• Lead Agile/Scrum teams and facilitate ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Drive Agile transformations and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
• Train and coach teams on project management frameworks and delivery standards
• Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, QA, operations, and business stakeholders

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, status reporting, and escalation
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Incorporate client feedback to improve outcomes and increase customer satisfaction

Governance, Risk & Quality Management

• Establish project governance frameworks with clear accountability and decision rights
• Monitor compliance with project plans, quality standards, and organizational processes
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure audit readiness, documentation, and regulatory alignment where required

Process Optimization & Productivity Improvement

• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage automation and tooling to improve team productivity and delivery speed
• Achieve measurable improvements such as reduced delivery timelines and increased operational efficiency

Requirements

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Analytics projects
• Hands-on exposure to:
• Snowflake (data warehousing, migration, secure data sharing)
• Power BI, Tableau, Sigma (data visualization and reporting)
• JIRA (project tracking and Agile management)
• Experience delivering:
• Data modernization and consolidation programs
• Data migration (e.g., Salesforce to Snowflake)
• Enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Analytics dashboards and reporting platforms
• Familiarity with IoT, APIs, and external data integration is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• Formal training or certifications in Project Management / Agile (preferred)
• Experience working in multinational, matrixed organizations
