The DSP Operation Project Manager will play a critical role in managing China DSP-related operational projects and ensuring smooth financial operations with China DSP partners. Job Duties

DSP Project Management & Operations

  • Lead and manage DSP-related operational projects end-to-end, including project scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Data, Finance, Legal and central retail and operation teams) and external DSP partners to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in DSP project negotiation by supporting preparation materials, data analysis, and operational feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate DSP project launch preparation, including workflow alignment, reporting readiness, payment setup, and operational process validation.
  • Drive project communications by organizing regular meetings, tracking action items, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring clear and timely information flow among stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, proactively identify issues or delays, and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present project outcomes, performance summaries, optimization plans and post-launch reviews to internal stakeholders and management.

Customer Finance & DSP Financial Operations

  • Work closely with local DSPs and central finance/royalties teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of China DSP payments and reports
  • Coordinate and follow up on DSP reporting and payment cycles, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and operational standards.
  • Act as a key coordination point between local DSPs, central finance operations, and internal stakeholders to resolve reporting, payment, and reconciliation issues efficiently.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across DSP financial reports, internal systems, and central finance records.
  • Support investigation and resolution of discrepancies related to revenue reporting, payments, or data integrity.
  • Assist business and operations teams by providing finance-related operational support on specific DSP cases when needed.

Data, Reporting & Analysis Support

  • Support DSP-related data analysis, reporting validation, and performance tracking for projects and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate with local data analysts, central teams, and DSPs to ensure reporting outputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Provide clear, structured insights and summaries to support management decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in project management, operations, finance operations, or DSP-related roles (media, tech, or digital platforms experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
  • Experience working with financial reporting, payment processes, or revenue-related operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and a proven ability to drive projects forward and deliver results.
