We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

  • Manage IT projects throughout the complete lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality.

  • Establish and manage project controls and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.

  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables and alignment with business goals.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and variances.

  • Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders.

  • Plan, assign, and control project tasks; authorize work packages.

  • Balance team priorities, motivate team members, and manage workload effectively.

  • Control and coordinate project communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Produce project documentation, including plans, logs, schedules, and reports.

  • Define roles and responsibilities for all project participants.

  • Prepare and present technical and project-related verbal and written reports.

  • Organize and conduct project meetings and workshops.

Who you are:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 6 year's of relevant professional experience

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT systems implementation projects.

  • Direct participation in at least 2 full lifecycle projects in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Architect, preferably also covering testing and user training.

  • Certified in Project Management discipline.

  • Experience writing business cases, plans, and concept documents.

  • Experience in business analysis or business change in the IT field.

  • Proven teamwork experience with Agile frameworks.

  • Fluent in English (C1) level according to CEFR.

  • Proficient in PM² methodology.
  • Skilled in managing complex, business-led IT projects.

  • Able to adapt project management methodologies to ICT contexts.

  • Competent in requirements definition, business analysis, and business case production.

  • Capable of guiding project teams and consulting with business stakeholders.

  • Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the specific project domain.

  • Able to work independently and guide junior staff.

  • Strong communication skills, including presentations, stakeholder interaction, documentation, and leading workshops.

  • Service-oriented attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking attitude.

  • Adaptability to a changing environment with a proactive approach to improvement

Desirable Requirements:

  • Master of Science degree from a well-recognized technical institution. 

  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform-based projects.

  • Over 5 years of project management experience in large organizations (1000+ employees) involving software development or off-the-shelf product deployments and teams larger than 10 members. 

  • Over 5 years hands-on experience managing ServiceNow modules: Customer Service Management (CSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and custom application development in the public sector. 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or Business Administration.
