We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is built for someone who wants full ownership — not just a piece of the process.
You will manage projects end-to-end, including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Our work spans commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, and we’re looking for a PM who can operate independently, stay organized across multiple jobs, and drive results.

What You'll Own
- Manage 3–4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
- Prepare and manage:
- Estimates
- Contracts
- Project schedules
- Change orders
- Billing and cost tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution
- Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project profitability
- Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues proactively
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- OR a construction-related degree with strong project responsibility
- Experience with estimating and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with minimal oversight
- Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or similar are a plus
- Willingness to work in-office
