Project Manager

Most energy companies hand off a project the moment the ribbon is cut. Our client doesn't — they originate, engineer, construct, and operate clean energy infrastructure under one roof, which means the work here has real continuity and real consequence. As a Project Manager I, you'll step into a structured, high-accountability environment where commercial solar and storage projects are delivered with an operator's discipline from kickoff through closeout. What You'll Own

• Lead day-to-day project execution across commercial solar and storage projects — contracts, scope, schedule, permits, inspections, and documentation control
• Own financial tracking: monthly billing, cost forecasting, weekly financial reviews, and time entry accuracy by CSI and job coding
• Drive procurement and subcontractor coordination including buyout support, agreement drafting, and construction meeting management
• Lead client communications and OAC discussions with clarity and professionalism
• Support pre-construction and bidding efforts including RFP/RFQ responses and scope distribution
• Manage RFIs, change orders, rebate management, and project closeout from start to finish
• Maintain transparency and control across all project phases using tools including Jonas Premier, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Slack
• Uphold safety standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices on every project

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of progressive experience on technical or commercial construction projects
• Solid working knowledge of building permits and trades, including MEP
• Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Smartsheet, and Jonas Premier (or comparable PM platforms)
• Experience in negotiated, client-service-oriented project environments

• Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role)
