Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager I to support the successful execution of commercial solar and energy storage projects from preconstruction through completion. This role works closely with internal teams, field operations, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. The position combines project coordination, financial tracking, and client communication within a fast-paced renewable energy environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who can manage details while maintaining visibility across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress and efficiency
• Review project scope, contracts, drawings, and specifications to identify risks and ensure clarity
• Assist with estimating, procurement, and subcontractor buyout processes
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track project financials including billing, cost management, forecasting, and job cost coding
• Participate in construction meetings and support communication with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project schedules and update tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountability
• Support project closeout including documentation, reporting, and final deliverables

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within construction or energy sectors

Experience with commercial solar, energy storage, or electrical construction projects preferred

Familiarity with project financials including budgeting, billing, and forecasting

Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar systems

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
