Responsibilities:
Implement global ways of working, ensuring consistency within the global framework (Monday.com), including team onboarding, training, and proper adoption.
Act as the guardian of process compliance, ensuring full visibility, accurate tracking, and alignment of all initiatives within the global framework, while guaranteeing that Creative Leads’ work aligns with business priorities.
Coordinate regional and local initiatives, ensuring proper planning, clear objective setting, roadmap definition, execution timelines, and cross-team alignment for effective delivery.
Identify gaps in execution or process adoption, proposing solutions and optimizing ways of working both internally and in collaboration with Client Partners.
Track and report on initiatives, connecting actions to their business impact.
Act as a key connector between the platform, regional teams, and internal teams, bringing strategic judgment to align initiatives with business objectives and market context.
Support decision-making around initiatives, priorities, and execution approaches, based on expected impact and identified opportunities.
Skills Required :
Solid experience in project management within digital, creative, or media environments.
Good understanding of Spotify formats, production flows, and platform requirements.
Native Mandarin speaker required, with strong ability to manage client and stakeholder communication effectively.
Strong cultural understanding of APAC markets and business dynamics.
Strong client-facing presence, with the ability to operate confidently in high-level interactions.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Monday, spreadsheets).
Familiarity with AI tools and general understanding of creative workflows.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Comfortable working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
