Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding (such as brand identity implementation and transformation, marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, digital product design etc.)
Deliver projects end-to-end: from brief and planning through execution and final delivery
Translate high-level or ambiguous briefs into clear, structured project plans
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and external vendors
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change requests as well as project profitability
Lead status meetings, steering meetings, and delivery reviews
Proactively gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
Generate accurate reports and status notifications
Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive or similar (preferably in a branding, creative, advertising, marketing, communication, digital, or experience agency)
You are comfortable managing diverse project types, including events, digital, technology-driven and content-based initiatives
You have solid experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking
You have proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex corporate environments
You are confident in mediating between competing interests and navigating organizational politics with professionalism
You communicate clearly and calmly, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
You take full ownership of your projects and client relationships
You have experience working with international, corporate clients
You are fluent in spoken and written English (C1 minimum)
