We're looking for a strong client-facing Project Manager to own budget, timeline, and scope across digital transformation projects. You’ll be embedded in a team of designers, engineers, and strategists, serving as the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role requires a background in digital transformation project management and ideally some product management experience. You’ll manage cross-functional teams and complex software builds — from cloud to AI and everything in between.
Responsibilities
Manage scope, timeline, and budget for multiple concurrent custom software projects ($500K–$1M+)
Serve as the primary client point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and leadership teams throughout the development lifecycle
Create and maintain project documentation: plans, meeting notes, status reports, risk trackers
Coordinate client and internal team meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity
Identify risks, unblock teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive productivity and accountability
Contribute to product-related decision-making where applicable
(Bonus) Support operations management tasks such as process optimization or team coordination
5–9+ years experience in project management or related roles, ideally in custom software development
Proven success managing digital projects ranging from $500K to $1M+
Client-facing experience and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum
Digital transformation project background is essential
Familiarity with product management and ability to contribute to product direction
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Healthcare industry experience (e.g. provider, payer, digital health, pharma) is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
English fluency (C1 or higher) required
Based in LATAM
