AI overview

Lead a high-performing delivery team while managing diverse client projects, ensuring excellent service and successful outcomes through effective oversight and team leadership.

Who we're looking for

Every day will look a little different — that’s the nature of projects! In this role, you’re responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day delivery of client engagements, both those led by your team and those you manage directly. Your main focus is keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring we deliver the very best service.
You’ll work closely with the PMO Director, Director of Consultancy Operations, and Practice Heads to meet productivity goals and support the ongoing success of the PMO and aligned Practices. As a passionate Project Manager and Leader, you thrive on excellent customer service and successful delivery.
Day to day, you’ll liaise with our customers and collaborate across the business — Pre-Sales, Commercial, Consultancy, Support, Finance, and more. Your activities will include planning, oversight, forecasting, progress communication, risk and issue management, escalation handling, and tight budget control.
You’ll also guide, challenge, and support your direct reports to continually raise the bar, fostering a high-performing delivery team with strong governance, processes, and controls.

  • Manage budgets, P&L, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; keep stakeholders informed.
  • Define scope, communicate milestones, obtain customer acceptance, and maintain client relationships.
  • Chair meetings, track progress, manage documentation, delegate tasks, report to PMO, and conduct post-project evaluations.
