Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated person to join the India for India team for its next frontier of growth in India.

This role involves supporting the India for India team in project management, and the execution of strategic initiatives. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the India for India team by providing knowledge, insight, guidance, and execution support across a broad range of topics and activities. He / she also provides the organizational and communication framework for employees and leadership team members to implement the leadership’s vision and achieve short term & long-term goals.

A successful candidate will have strong desire and ability to work in a high visibility, strategic, technically challenging and entrepreneurial environment. His / her ability to work across functional groups through formal communication and direct interaction is critical to success. Ideally, the candidate will have a blend of consulting and corporate experience with high intellectual capacity and business acumen as well as strong communication skills. A successful candidate for the role will have the vision to live in the future and focus on long-term planning of the projects to ensure the growth of the organization. They will have a strong drive to succeed along with the ability to assimilate into the business and add real value. The candidate will work closely with management, sales and R&D teams based in India while coordinating efforts with a global team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the India for India leadership team and other senior leaders.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the India team.
• Operational Support: Aid in the development and implementation of processes and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
• Documentation and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronics / telecommunication engineering, or a related field. MBA or related studies from top tier institutes is preferred
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or a related field with experience working with senior leadership. Semiconductor industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
