ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to strengthen and elevate our project management capabilities as part of our Marketing department. Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
  
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing and design project managers to ensure successful project execution
  
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and results
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business strategy
  
• Independently manage projects, overseeing all phases from conception to successful completion
  
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of high performance
  
• Report on project progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing & project management, and at least 2 years in a leadership role
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
