This role is responsible for leading complex, multi-faceted projects within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities. The Project Management Lead will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, standardizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of project leadership, RCM expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities:
Lead and manage multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Build and oversee programs for global operations, including checklists, monitoring, and multi-project coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating completed projects and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
Serve as a central point of accountability for project communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across projects.
