We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Executive in AI livestreaming team to support regional livestream execution across AI Avatar and Real Human formats for AnyLive business. You will play a crucial role in bridging local teams, production, and tech to ensure smooth, scalable livestream delivery.
What You'll Do
Livestream Campaign Support
- Assist in managing the AI livestream campaign calendar across regional markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all elements—script, talent/avatar setup, and livestream tools—are ready and aligned
- Help monitor the livestream process to ensure smooth execution and address minor issues during setup
Script Creation & Content Prep
- Draft and edit livestream scripts based on brand guidelines and product goals
- Support in ensuring key promotional points, tone, and messaging are tailored for the right audience
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track livestream performance data (views, conversions, engagement)
- Collaborate with senior team members on content and scheduling adjustments based on insights
Team Coordination
- Liaise with tech and production teams to ensure avatar software, livestream setup, and tools are functioning correctly
- Communicate with vendors, studios, or freelancers for livestream-related needs and help track delivery timelines
- Report directly to the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce.
Who You Are
- Strong interest in livestreaming, content creation, or AI/tech-driven media
- Good writing skills in English (and other market languages is a plus) for scripting and basic content editing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce
- Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets
- Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
