Project Lead (m/f/d) German speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead fluent in English and German to drive strategic initiatives, ensure seamless project delivery, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities to manage projects from conception to completion. 

Your tasks

Strategy & Planning:

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external, in English and German.

• Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment across teams.

• Promote a collaborative environment within the team that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.

Technical Expertise & Delivery:

• Provide guidance on methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

• Oversee implementation and execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Project Ownership:

• Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions proactively to keep projects on track.

• Drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects.

• Ensure the project is business led and brings value to the client. Understand the value levers of the project and deliver on them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.

• Proven experience as a project manager ideally in the consumer goods industry, ideally around technology transformation.

• Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.

• Excellent communication, proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.

• Capable of working in a remote team.

• Experience in Salesforce would be a benefit.

• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).

• Other language skills are considered a plus.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
