ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project Lead - Body Chassis Interior

General Activities:

1. Lead and coordinate the development of body and chassis interior components.

2. Ensure project deliverables align with technical requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing.

4. Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations through effective communication.

5. Prepare and present regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.

6. Apply ALTEN processes and best practices to optimize project outcomes.

Typology of managed projects: Projects involving body chassis interior development for automotive applications.

Enforces the behavioral rules regarding quality, health, security, and environment defined by the Group and advised by the customer on its project.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in body or chassis engineering
• Experience in project management is preferred

Soft skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented approach to project execution

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of body and chassis systems and components
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks)
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations
• Understanding of engineering design and development processes
• Fluency in English is required
