  • Serve as the key link between product line engineers and manufacturing teams
  • Collaborate with engineering to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient manufacturing plans
  • Drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
  • Create and maintain documentation for fabrication, assembly, and testing
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and not afraid to engage with others
  • Interest or experience in mechanical design, fabrication, and hands-on problem solving
  • Project management skills and a drive to take ownership
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and AutoCAD
  • Willingness to travel about 10 percent of the time
