Project Engineer, Structural / Civil Engineering

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with a strong civil engineering foundation to support the design and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to develop practical, efficient structural solutions across a range of commercial and industrial projects. The position is ideal for someone with 5–7 years of experience who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and hands-on project involvement. Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial and industrial building projects
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and clients to develop effective design solutions
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Support project execution from initial design through construction and closeout
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Assist with project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent
• Identify and resolve design challenges through practical, cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a structural focus
• 5–7 years of experience in structural engineering or related design work
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or similar building projects
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in design situations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients
• Project engineering or project management experience is a plus
