Project Engineer

Staff4Me is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background with a focus on project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Oversee the design and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Monitor project progress, compiling reports, and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address any project issues or changes promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
