Project Engineer - Passive Safety

• Support Project Manager on project and customers management, understanding the project needs and reflecting them in company’s proposals.
• Enhance communications between the company’s Business Units.
• Obtain knowledge of all applicable testing procedures.
• Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with the test procedures.
• Prepare in-house test procedures and test books.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure that all test methods are kept up to date.
• Perform various testing tasks including but not limited to:
• Main interface between customer and test lab during testing activities.
• Ensure all Customer test specifications are fulfilled.
• Interpret test results and prepare test reports and other necessary deliverables.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new test fixtures, equipment, and methods.
• Based in Adelanto but availability to travel to Customer’s premises.
• Act as the project lead and primary Customer liaison for tests and projects. Collect all necessary
• Handle any administrative tasks/requests for the floor as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly.

Job Functions:

• Must be physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work extended hours.
• Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Monday to Friday
