Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator

TLDR

Inspect site installations for compliance, manage project adherence to contract terms, and coordinate with various stakeholders in the construction sector.

**Office Location:** Tai Seng

**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
- Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

**Job Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic Autocad software.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Required skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
