The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in custom millwork engineering, understands how things are built, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy before work ever reaches the shop floor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one-of-a-kind projects, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of custom architectural millwork, and grow within an employee-owned organization that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and long-term investment in its people.
