About the role: 

We’re looking for a Project Developer who enjoys bringing people together, leading multidisciplinary stakeholders, and negotiating the agreements that make projects possible. You’ll work closely with clients, technical teams and landowners, shaping projects from early development to financial close. If you like structuring complex deals, solving problems with a calm head, and seeing your negotiations turn into real installations, this role will suit you perfectly. You will manage rooftop and carport photovoltaic projects from development to “Ready-to-Build” stage, oversee construction, with a strong commercial and client management focus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project Development Management: You will prepare comprehensive project files, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate closely with internal teams such as engineering, construction, and finance.

  • Administrative Authorizations: Preparing and submitting building permits, managing prior declarations, and monitoring administrative consultations to ensure compliance.

  • Lease Renewals: You will coordinate with land partners, review existing contracts, and update legal documents as needed to maintain smooth lease agreements.

  • Commercial Proposals for Existing Clients: You will handle preliminary sizing with technical support, draft and present commercial offers, and negotiate terms until the final signature.

  • Key Account Management: Manage a client portfolio (major accounts, landowners, real estate asset managers).

  • Monitoring and Representation: Regulatory watch, participation in industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong expertise in photovoltaic project development (ideally on industrial buildings or logistics parks).

  • Solid understanding of administrative processes (urban planning, environmental, prefectural procedures).

  • Strong commercial orientation - proven sales experience or at least strong will to dive into it.

  • Ability to autonomously manage a client portfolio (KAM).

  • Knowledge of commercial leases, long-term leases, or occupancy agreements (a plus).

  • Excellent cross-functional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Talent is great. Energy is essential. A friendly, collaborative vibe is key !

  • Proficiency in French language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills. 

  • Your enthusiasm for traveling. 

Ideal Background :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as: PV Developer, Renewable Energy Project Manager, PV Sales Manager, PV Business Developer.

  • Experience with a solar developer, B2B energy player, real estate company, PV installer, or renewable energy engineering firm.
