The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of business operations, projects, and internal communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment where precision and follow-through are essential. This position requires a strong command of organizational tools, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mindset for managing multiple moving parts.
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, night shift
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments across multiple teams
Maintain and update project management tools (Asana) to ensure visibility and accountability
Track progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate status updates to project leads and stakeholders
Support coordination between internal departments to align priorities and deadlines
Ensure follow-up actions are clearly assigned and completed on time
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow or process enhancements
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all communications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field working as a project coordinator, operations assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com required
Strong internet connection required
