The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of business operations, projects, and internal communication across teams. WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments across multiple teams

  • Maintain and update project management tools (Asana) to ensure visibility and accountability

  • Track progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate status updates to project leads and stakeholders

  • Support coordination between internal departments to align priorities and deadlines

  • Ensure follow-up actions are clearly assigned and completed on time

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow or process enhancements

  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all communications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field working as a project coordinator, operations assistant, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
