Mission:

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the division by managing and maintaining budgets, operating systems, and project management of key services and people. This position is responsible for creating processes and systems to effectively manage tracking, reporting, and overseeing procurement, inventory, and systems management.

None

 

Location:

This is a full-time onsite position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.

 

Travel Expectations:    

Minimal travel expectations. Less than 25% of the year. 

 

What You’ll Do – Accountabilities

 

Essential Duties:

  • Project Management: Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the work of the team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. Design and produce unique products, services, and results with a defined beginning and end, while managing time, budget, and resources. 
  • Procurement: Facilitate submission, receiving, procurement of all invoices for requisitions and payment for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch teams 
  • Budget Management: Manage, reconcile, and report on Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch budgets monthly to VP and Directors. Report and track budget and processes and cross-functionally collaborate with business partners 
  • Administrative: Support Concur per diem, travel, AMEX reconciliation for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch VP and National Enrollment team members. Coordinate and plan team quarterly meetings. 
  • Contracts: Support the submission, tracking and monitoring of contracts for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch   
  • Vendors: Manage vendor relationships and business processes with external vendors  

 

 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operating Mechanisms for the Division: Ensure current operating mechanisms are efficient and effective.
  • Presentation Development: Support through the use of software like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Canva
  • Email Monitoring: Monitor the department customer service email. 
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

Required experience:

  • Experience: At least 2-5 years related experience
  • Certification/License: none 

 

Preferred experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management
  • Accounting and/or Finance background 

 

What We Offer:


Compensation & Benefits:

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $22.57/hour and $28.22/hour, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
