Project Coordinator (TachoSync Product Team) | Telematics

TLDR

This role facilitates the cohesive delivery of a crucial tachograph data management platform, coordinating across diverse teams to enhance fleet operations in Europe.

We are expanding the TachoSync product team and are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator to help us coordinate the delivery and execution of a mission-critical tachograph data management platform used by fleet operators across Europe.

 

TachoSync is a hybrid cloud and on-premises SaaS product that automates the remote collection, processing, and delivery of tachograph data from thousands of vehicles. The system operates 24/7 and must be reliable, compliant, and predictable under real-world conditions: intermittent connectivity, hardware constraints, regulatory requirements, and high data volumes.

 

As part of a cross-functional product team, you will work closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, developers, support, and marketing teams to ensure initiatives move from idea to production smoothly.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate development activities across R&D teams to ensure predictable delivery aligned with roadmap priorities.
  • Support sprint and release planning activities, ensuring alignment between priorities and technical capacity.
  • Maintain a structured overview of initiatives, statuses, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Coordinate release readiness across development, support, and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain and structure internal and external documentation, including release notes, feature descriptions, integration guidelines, and user documentation.
  • Communicate directly with partners and clients to address project and technical queries (via conference calls and in-person visits).
  • Identify delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Have experience coordinating software development projects or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile principles.
  • Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into actionable tasks for software and firmware teams.
  •  Have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Are comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and general system architecture concepts.
  • A structured, proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Have experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Have clear and confident communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Have good English and Lithuanian language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication systems and IoT technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~ 2 500 Eur – 3 300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
