The role of the Project Coordinator is to manage ongoing projects with ad hoc deliverables for existing clients and support various activities within our Global PMO. The Project Coordinator will support clients with current service agreements and build relationships to secure long-term relationships. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will collaborate with project managers and other cross functional teams to ensure the successful planning, executing and completion of projects within specified deadlines in accordance with current methodology, processes, whilst ensuring adherence to PMO governance.

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure projects are created, maintained, and closed accurately and consistently across business systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers to support existing project plans and project upkeep in existing systems.
  • Support and manage smaller projects for existing clients including project budget, scope, risk, and schedule.
  • Support Forecasting (Bookings) in business systems.
  • Create and update project documentation for both internal and external use.
  • Action various PMO and PS initiatives and audits to improve existing systems and identify process improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across different teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. 
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish, German, and English skills.
  • 2-5 years relevant project experience with an eye to managing risk, scope, quality, and budget. 
  • Experience delivering project results to external clients.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills
