Project Coordinator
TLDR
Coordinate hardware rollouts across retail locations, managing timelines and systems while proactively mitigating risks to ensure timely deployments.
Deployment Coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end hardware rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously
• Track store readiness, manage installation scheduling, and align logistics with field teams
• Liaise with suppliers and installer partners to keep timelines on track
• Anticipate delays, surface risks early, and drive resolution without waiting for escalation
Systems and Data (Salesforce)
• Own project records in Salesforce — keeping data clean, current, and actionable
• Use the system proactively to surface insights, not just report status
• Partner with the Support team to action on tracking data directly — minimal oversight required
• Build and maintain dashboards or views that give the broader team visibility at a glance
Operational Depth
• Understand hardware and supply chain dependencies — manufacturing lead times, shipping windows, site readiness
• Communicate confidently with external stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, installation crews
• Identify small issues before they compound across a rollout
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting throughout each deployment
Systems Rigor
– Keeps Salesforce data clean and up to date — this is non-negotiable
– Uses the system ahead of problems, not in response to them
– Turns tracking data into insights and acts on them with the Support team
– Experience with CRM or project management platforms at a meaningful depth
Operational Depth — Hardware / Supply Chain
– Understands the dependencies behind a hardware deployment: manufacturing, freight, site readiness
– Knows how to read a delay before it lands — and has a plan when it does
– Comfortable speaking directly with suppliers, vendors, and installer teams
– Background in environments where software and physical infrastructure intersect
Detail and Follow-Through at Scale
– Can run many rollouts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
– Catches the small things: a missing confirmation, a timeline inconsistency, an unresolved dependency
– Doesn't need reminding. Closes loops independently.
– Calm under pressure; brings structure to ambiguity
