• Work with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule.
• Assist in the development of project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help organize and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and the Project Manager.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, agreements, and relevant records.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies. • Support quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. • Assist in managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping to resolve conflicts and promote collaboration.

Requirements
• Masters project management / MBA-MIS or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ project management /computer engineering from HEC recognized University
• 1 Years - 4 Years in managing IT and software development projects.
• Proven experience in a project management or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) will be preferred.
• Experience using Click UP/ JIRA / ProjectManager.com will be preferred.
• Understanding of business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, transport will be an added advantage.
