We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing North of 60 Monitoring team. In this role, you’ll help plan and deliver projects in the North—while supporting grants, business cases, regulatory approvals, and contract management across the organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion, keeping schedules, budgets, and risks on track
    • Identify, apply for, and track grant funding to support project initiatives
    • Research new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and help develop business cases
    • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by contributing to project planning, processes, and best practices
    • Assist with regulatory applications, permits, and contract coordination with vendors and partners


Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in construction, remediation, or other field based projects
    • You’re highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
    • You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders


What You Need

  • A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
    • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites across the North, including remote locations
    • Experience with grant writing, regulatory permitting, contract management, or PMO support is an asset
    • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is an asset
