To support our sustainability and compliance efforts, we are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to ensure the accurate collection of ESG evidence and the timely submission of certification requirements on our platform. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Business, or a related field, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with their university.

What you'll do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the EcoVadis certification project for the company’s brand in Spain, ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines. 
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders in Spain and globally (e.g., People & Culture, Finance, Operations, Product, Legal) involved in the EcoVadis assessment.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain documentation and evidence ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 
  • Support gap analysis against EcoVadis criteria (Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement) and assist in identifying improvement actions relevant to a hospitality SaaS business. 
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and action items, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of EcoVadis questionnaires and supporting materials under the guidance of the project owner. 
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and summary reports to provide visibility on certification progress and key risks.
  • Maintain structured project documentation, workflows, and timelines to support audit readiness and future re-certifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability, ESG reporting, and responsible business practices within the hospitality technology sector. 
  • Contribute to the standardization of sustainability related processes and documentation for potential reuse across other brands or regions 
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage parallel tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with an analytical mindset to structure and synthesize information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital platforms and data collection tools.
  • Strong interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and responsible business practices.

Nice to have

  • Initial experience (academic projects, internships, or student jobs) in sustainability, ESG, compliance, project coordination, or data analysis. 
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or hospitality-related environments.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working with structured documentation, audits, or reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience managing a globally recognized sustainability certification (EcoVadis).
  • Practical exposure to ESG and sustainability initiatives within a hospitality SaaS company.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an international and technology-driven environment.
  • Development of project management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
