Project Coordinator – Facilities & New Site Development

AI overview

Coordinate project schedules and support Facilities & New Site Development while ensuring operational excellence and facilitating expansion into new markets.

Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

About This Role

Compass Health Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Facilities & New Site Development teams. In this pivotal role, you will help ensure our existing facilities operate smoothly while supporting our expansion into new markets across the country.

The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Senior Director of Facilities & Planning and the SVP of New Site Development, serving as a central hub for communication, documentation, and project tracking. If you enjoy cross-functional collaboration, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at organizing complex information, we’d love to meet you.

Our dedicated operations teams work behind the scenes to bring our shared mission to life. Each department delivers its own strengths to empower clinicians to focus on their patients and perform the meaningful work that we do every day.

  • Track vendor performance and project progress, escalating delays and risks when necessary
  • Assist with walkthroughs, inspections, punch lists, and readiness checklists at new and existing sites
  • Prepare recurring project updates for senior leadership
  • Support onboarding of new facilities including signage, equipment coordination, FF&E tracking, and move logistics
