Navarro is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support program and project operations in Oak Ridge, TN. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy by reconciling invoices against actual costs incurred across assigned contracts and task orders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in timesheet reconciliation and invoice review, expense report review, and the ability to coordinate staffing actions in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.  Perform detailed timesheet reconciliation, reviewing labor charges for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and payroll to resolve timekeeping discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate client invoices to ensure labor, materials, and other direct costs are accurate and properly documented.
  • Process and track staffing requests, including coordinating requisition approvals and ensuring alignment with contract funding.
  • Maintain workforce tracking reports to support project managers in forecasting and labor utilization analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring contract funding, burn rates, and labor distribution.
  • Support purchase order and subcontract tracking as assigned.
  • Maintain organized records of contract documentation, timekeeping data, and invoice files.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Program leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, federal contract requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field desired or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, accounting support, contracts administration, or related field.
  • Experience with invoice review and timesheet reconciliation in a government contracting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Share Point and Adobe.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar system preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
