Fraport Greece is currently looking to cover the position of Project Controls Scheduler in the Technical Programs Department. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring the proper implementation and effectiveness of the projects related to the technical infrastructure and security systems at the airports. Furthermore, the role focuses on collecting and organizing project data from various departments, maintaining accurate records and schedules, and preparing clear reports to support management decisions.

The role reports to the Project Controls Manager and is located at our headquarters in Marousi.

Requirements

What you will be doing in the role:

  • Develop, update, and maintain project time schedules and monitoring records, in line with the Company’s Design & Construction investment programs.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, track progress and provide regular updates and progress reports, as well as forecasting updates.
  • Contribute/Support on projects’ budget planning in coordination with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Security & Commercial Departments).  
  • Prepare standard reports for the Technical Division
  • Receive and review schedules from contractors.
  • Develop and/or review recovery plans as required.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of the overall project schedule and track critical issues.
  • Contribute to reporting/presentations as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. or Diploma (TEI) in Engineering.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling.
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Project. Knowledge of Primavera P6 would be considered a plus.
  • Experience in large-scale Design & Construction Projects is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated abilities in project definition, conceptual design, and report preparation.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, oral and written, at a professional corporate level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent command of MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, and presentation) is essential.
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations, if applicable.
