Project Controller

• Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and accurate IFRS-compliant reporting
• Monitor project performance (cost, revenue, cash flow) and perform variance and risk analysis
• Maintain project cost sheets, accruals, cost-to-complete estimates, and change management
• Prepare customer invoices, support claims, manage guarantees, and drive cash collection
• Present financial insights to senior management and deliver clear reporting using Excel and Power BI

• 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, preferably in an international EPC environment
• Strong expertise in project costing, forecasting, risk, and claim management
• Advanced financial analysis skills with high attention to detail and quality
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Power BI and IFRS required
• Independent, proactive mindset with excellent English communication skills
