- Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and accurate IFRS-compliant reporting
- Monitor project performance (cost, revenue, cash flow) and perform variance and risk analysis
- Maintain project cost sheets, accruals, cost-to-complete estimates, and change management
- Prepare customer invoices, support claims, manage guarantees, and drive cash collection
- Present financial insights to senior management and deliver clear reporting using Excel and Power BI
- 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, preferably in an international EPC environment
- Strong expertise in project costing, forecasting, risk, and claim management
- Advanced financial analysis skills with high attention to detail and quality
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Power BI and IFRS required
- Independent, proactive mindset with excellent English communication skills
