Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, framing and exterior work.
Full time Monday-Friday and with occasional Saturdays as needed. This position may require occasional few overnight stays in hotels on projects out of the metro area. Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert
workmanship, and polite communication.
- Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any
customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
- Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower
and materials on each project.
- Monitor, schedule and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors.
- Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of
the subcontractors and job sites.
- Perform carpentry work as needed; framing, misc. finish carpentry
- Job-site clean up
- Communication with property owners
- Miscellaneous punchlist items
- Other tasks as assigned
